Shipping Policy

Every item is carefully inspected before being shipped to guarantee quality. Your order will be shipped in secure packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions: Hang Tag & Zip Bag: The original hang tag and zip bag must be intact and included with the returned item. Manufacturing Defect or Damage: Returns are only accepted for items with a manufacturing defect or damage. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors.

Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at plan.tco@icloud.com with the following:

A clear description of the issue.

Five (5) pictures:

• One of the entire item.
• One showing the defect or damage.
• One proving the hang tag is intact.
• One proving the zip bag is present.
• One close-up of the defect or damage.

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted if the item has been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
• No returns are accepted for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
• Plan-t reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
